I mean % of the 17K 300mm wafers/month that is supposed to be the target capacity when ramp-up is completed. That was the figure that was posted often a couple months ago.

Thanks. By "low" did you mean 5%, 20%, 30% ?

It is puzzling that unit shipments were down in q1, and revenue (implying units) is expected to be flat for q2. Where did fab 36 production go ? Not to revenue. And not to inventory. Does "low" mean "close to nothing" ? But that also doesn't make sense.
