The entire war against terror is projected to possibly, maybe, perhaps cost upwards of 1 trillion. It hasn't been spent yet.

The major thing we get is lessening to a great extent nuclear devices being detonated in one or more of our cities.

How much is it worth to you to stop New York, Los Angeles, Chicago, or any one of 30 lesser cities going up in a mushroom cloud?

Name the price you're willing to spend to forestall that type of event from happening.
