Isn't IBM's new technology related to the connection to the silicon wafer? I thought Cymer's laser had more to do with the actual silicon wafer manufacturing, not the rest of the chip components which is what the new IBM technology improves. Here is an article from Yahoo about the new technology. biz.yahoo.com I am not a techno-wizard by any means so if someone does understand the technology and would like to explain I would appreciate the information.
