I was just on a cruise this spring. My friend and I noticed that ON AVERAGE a significant portion of our passengers were OBESE (meaning GROSSLY overweight). We decided to observe what was going on during the meals. (for any of you that have never been on a cruise, the food is UNLIMITED). Anyhow, these HUGE people PILED their plates sky high, over and over. We were AMAZED. Honest to God, it appeared they were TRYING to eat themselves to death. Anyhow, we came to the conclusion that many people go on cruises MERELY TO EAT and these people are way over weight to begin with. It isnt IMHO instant food, its ATTITUDE. jdn
