The world had seen nothing like the growth in U.S. in the early 1900s either and there were many crashes.
My point is that there will almost surely be a huge dislocation of capital in the coming 2-3 years. Those that think that it will be different will be in trouble.
Boom and bust. The only difference this time is the boom will be bigger and so will the bust.
2007-08 for the top. If that ends up being a low the top would be in 2011-2012
