LOL...tell that to the people on IHUB JPHC board.....The deal they pulled was a 100% scam, imo..and many others based on the massive selloff.....As soon as the deal was announced and as soon as I saw it was a total BS scam, I also noticed LONGS who were posting in a private chat that the deal was a scam, most were selling or bailing, they were ragging on the company for pulling yet another scam.....but they pop up publicly on IHUB, PUMPING like you wouldnt believe, not being honest that they are pumping so they can bail on what they werent able to yet sell...They posted non stop about how this deal is GUARANTEED and ANYBODY buying JPHC today for .0002 is GUARANTEED at least .005 in 2 years and on and on they went....
Well, I pulled up the filings, I pointed out FACTS and I took on the PUMPERS trying to sucker the sheep with "THIS DEAL IS GUARANTEED...ONLY IDIOTS WONT JUMP ON THIS AND BUY JPHC....NO LONGS HAVE SOLD OR WILL SOLD>>>>>ALL LONGS ARE HOLDING 5 BIL SHARES LONG INTO THIS MERGER"..and on and on with more BS they you can imagine....Well, obviously, everybody over there now thinks I am short....in fact they claim they KNOW I am short <lol>....I am also a paid basher and work for the MM"s according to those nuts.....LMAO...Nope, they are wrong on ALL counts...I simply call it as I see it and how I see it is the deal JP pulled off is pure BS and it is NOT guaranteed by any means, yet pumpers are working overtime to try to sucker the sheep....I tell ya JM...the folks on IHUB JPHC board are so 100% clueless it is scary such naive people could be playing equities, let alone penny plays....these people do not even know where to find a filing or how to read a filing..they do not know what is taught in investing 101...a 5 year old knows more about money/investing, then that group....but funnily enough...I used a similar quote as yours.....GREAT deals do not need to be pumped as most regular investors as well as the smart money/big boys can smell a good deal and dont need to be pointed towards GUARANTEED DEALS that turn a buy at .0002 into a minimum .005 in 2 years GUARANTEED....On the flip side...BS deals like that dont need to be bashed.....people can see they are BS.....and they did with JP as well...people could not bail fast enough when deal was announced and have continued dumping.......Anyway...Awful deal, imo...I also think it is despicable what certain pumpers are doing in order to lie and deceive others...so, I am letting them know that.....but it is quite funny listening to them talk about how they KNOW I am short and will lose my butt and etc, etc..these people are truly 100% clueless......Sorry for the OT fols...guess I should move this over to JPHC board...
