Just about any of the candidates would be better than weak Kerry. I do like Kerry above Hillary though. Any of the other contenders would be better than Kerry.

But AS, this is not about who is better. What I asked about was how Kerry responded to the smearvets, and where can I study what he said...that's all.

I don't remember any response directly from Kerry. And the smearvets had point by point criticisms. Kerry's silence basically left folks to wonder if the charges were true.

That being the case the air should be cleared before we can even consider another Kerry try.
