Ish, I did not see the show but your post does not surprise me. Not in the least. I have long been aware of such intrusive compilations of data on individual citizens, having first become aware of it when junk and other mail started coming to my home, addressed to the name I use only on ultra-legal documents.

I was all but bowled over--nay--horrified that day multiple pieces of mail came to my home, mail which targeted my potential for buying various products of these companies, as I had just turned [a certain age]. - Holly
