Yep, Holly, that IS scary stuff. The noose isn't loosening either, it just keeps getting cinched tighter. Wonder how long it will be before you have your DNA sequence imbedded in your driver's license? National ID card, anyone? It won't be long until the states will have to meet National Gov't requirements when they issue drivers' licenses. You'll note I don't use the term, "Federal" govt. We no longer have a Federal Gov't. We have a National Gov't. Being of a suspicious nature, I suspect that maybe that's one of the purposes behind the "Guest Worker" program. The only way that would work would be for an immigrant to register to get an ID card allowing him to work in the US. No card, they get deported and/or jailed. But, how could a LEO tell who's a citizen and who should be carrying a Guest Worker card? Why, a National ID card, of course.
