Bill,
Looks like word of a settlement has leaked and the stock is responding with good volume and an increased price. 84,400 shares at 10:30 EDT shows strength and a total disregard of the hearing today or a leak. Typically a stock in this position would have miniscule volume on the day of a court appearance.
