Hi Don,

We have Agilent today and Amat Tomorrow.

I suspect, that as always, forward guidance will be key.

It is hard for me to not expect good forward guidance with all of the Capex increases. These equipment purchases have longer lead times and unless the equipment companies increase their Capex (I'm very doubtful of that) there will be longer lead times as the future production schedules appear to be very well managed this cycle.

ASML confirming their year is booked back in April is hopefully the first shoe to fall on a very scheduled production backlog.

If this continues - my bet is that a slowdown in 2H of 06 is myth.

JMHO
