"of course we'll find it all out

"Besides, who cares what I think or YOU? When and if the universe is explained we'll find out won't we???" is called IGNORANT! You think that possible future knowledge is an obviation of the humanity of "caring". Stupid as all Hell...

"Quantum mechanics is a fundamental branch of theoretical physics that replaces Newtonian mechanics and classical electromagnetism at the atomic and subatomic levels"

That is a given and has been a given all along. We have talked about QM being a branch of physics which is a superior lens than Newtonian Physics for the study of subatomic matter. We have also discussed the fact that Newtonian laws (which addresses motion and gravity outside of the QM lens) is universal so far as scientists have been able to discover.

You seem to think that universal means unlimited. Perhaps that is where your problem lies in this area. The universal law of gravitation does not describe how paint dries, and it does not describe chaos theory. It does not even postulate a guess as to what gravity IS. But the law of gravity appears to be universal and to describe how the universe attracts between all of her parts. "Every object in the Universe attracts every other object with a force directed along the line of centers for the two objects that is proportional to the product of their masses and inversely proportional to the square of the separation between the two objects."
