Not me. That news LoneClone posted on Mongolia implementing a 68%+ windfall profits tax bodes very badly for them, IMO: Message 22451209. Just another reason to focus on "politically safe" areas of the world and let others gamble on risky areas. The investors in the $189 million bought-deal financing at $10.28 announced just 3 weeks ago can't be happy: biz.yahoo.com IMO, this event will have institutions focusing even more on Miners with North American resources to avoid risking such dramatic negatives.
