John: No, I'd buy it right here (today's open) and feel protected by the approximate 2:1 ratio of 52 week high to low. Also, notice that since it broke out at around 9 1/2 it moves and then retests old highs, bouncing off the 25 day moving average. 12 looks solid to me, and I'd put a stop right under there. Jeff
