in case you just woke up, Rip, we're all waiting to dissect the FIA report due to be released to the company by month end. Whether or not it will be released will be up to the BOD.

If flattering to management, expect its release.
If non-flattering to management, expect to see it only in discovery of multiple Queen's Bench litigations.

Kinda like the Princess Di's crash investigation...
