JF, I just thought it was funny watching you guys struggle over Clinton and tax cuts in the same sentence. Kind of a dogma oxymoron... glad to see you worked it out and Clinton is still evil. Didn't I just say that our current economic recovery is fed in part by a pumped-up real-estate market? When did that translate to "Clinton is evil"? Anyone who thinks that should blame Bush even more for his hand in this lopsided recovery. I know a first-time homebuyer who's about to get a 1,600ft2 townhouse for $570K. I can't imagine what's going to happen if today represents "the top." Tenchusatsu
