Yes, but the 4800+ won 23 benchmarks and the Core Duo won 3. I would guess that a 3800+ would have been equal to it in performance and a DC 1.8 GHz Turion X2 would have been equal in performance and equal in power consumption.

PS - the power measurement missed the 7 watts for the chipset and a few watts from Vio power. And after just looking at the chipset spec, the chipset may have been thermally throttling when running BURN.
