I agreed on the reports that Fitzgerald was going to indict Rove this week. Since the Post and Times, et al, weren't reporting it, it was unlikely.

However, on this ABC new report about tapping reporters phone lines using the NSA technology, no news does definitely not mean it's not going on. Ross' report moves the probabilities on down the line to well over 50-50.
