It's obvious who the gougers are, Big Oil and Big Energy. All of them. Every since Bush-Cheney were first nominated the fix was in. They have all colluded. Not a single one of them has
not joined in.

The American People are due about a 500 billion dollar windfall profits tax refund, plus put the organizers in prison for life. This gouging also helped cost the lives of many US troops, so their families deserve an extra award.
