You appear to need things to be over simplified for you to understand. I would rather explain things to my nine year old children. They are more capable of understanding.

Blaming President Bush and Vice President Cheney for the moronic incompetence of the California legislature is disingenuous and deceitful. Of course everyone expects your posts to be lies.

Here is your economics lesson for the day.

Store A sells beer.
His supplier doubles his cost.
The government allows this but prevents him from raising his price to consumers.
Demand for beer retains an upward trajectory.
Store A goes broke, and leaves the state of California scrambling to supply enough beer to keep the citizens from becoming even more revolting.

Sorry to write this at such a high educational level. Maybe when you finish middle school you cand come back to have it explained.
