I agree there are disaffected members from both parties. But I don't believe a third party will swoop them together, as of now. I firmly believe the Democrats deserve a chance to prove that they can govern differently than the sheer GOPwinger incompetence we're seeing today.

After all, Carter's alternative energy plans were good ones and could have been tweaked into great ones (although I differ on the nuclear end). But Reagan took the solar panels out of the White House, and did much worse than that. And Clinton had some good executive environmental orders immediately rescinded by Bush-Cheney.

Meanwhile, here we are:
