on chris matthews last night they mentioned he was ready with his show on last friday night to report rove indicted.. his guests last night rep and dem seem convinced it is only a matter of days. chris can't wait he bitting his nails. i doubt nsa checking reporter phone records in general. i can see them checking certain phone records of reporters who have reported major classified information. I do not have a problem with them checking reporter records on those who reported major classified information if he ties back to federal / military employees who leaked classified information. I assume these people are smart enough to adjust to be in under ground parking garages. etc.
