Using the term BDS is pretty offensive. While some people are over the top with their criticism of this admin, calling them names, or saying they have a "disease" with a nasty sobriquet, isn't going to solve the problem. It is enough to bring the matter up when it comes up in a way that doesn't label it in an extremely offensive manner (imo).
