The CEO briefly mentioned one buy-out offer and one offer for a strategic (strings attached) finacial arrangement during the conference call last week. Details of these offers weren't mentioned except that USWD said that they didn't want to enter into this type of arrangement now because the prospects look good. With management having a stake in the company you can bet that they don't want to sell out at least before major agreements are in place and the stock price is much higher than it is now. These were unsolicited offers as far as I know and the company is pursuing more open financial arrangements that they hope to close within the next few weeks.
