I do. It was Southernera (SUF.to aka SPM.to). It was a cash buy-out by Lonmin. Warrants were not honoured.

I am a newbie investor (since 2000). It is the only time I have seen this happen. I concluded that the take over firm did not think the warrant holders would bring an action and made a bet by not honouring the warrants.

PS The warrants were not in the money so to exercise them was another way to lose.
