Yes, but the explanation has already been shown by Einstein.

You and the earth are both accelerating and thereby distorting spacetime in proportion to your mass. The earth makes a big distortion and you make a very little one. The net effect is that the path on which you move has been distored to the point that it points toward the earth, therefore you appear to be attracted to it.

It's not really an attraction in the same sense that electro-magnetism is an attraction, that is to say there are no sub-atomic particles being exchanged to cause you to stick to the earth.

P.S. - IMHO the mass of the universe seems to be repelled by something causing it to be accelerating away from something at the site of the big bang, and not attracted to something way out beyond the edge of the universe, but I don't think you can tell for sure from the mathmatics of the acceleration.
