Bush is bugging reporters (and who knows who else?) without warrants and keeping phone logs on 75% of the country. That's criminal, worthy only of a rightwing dictatorship and it needs to stop.

It has almost nothing to do with fighting Al Qaida and Bush knows it. If there were any real Al Qaida leads, Bush could get FISA warrants in two seconds. Bush is lying and abusing his power in frightening ways. Also Bush totally lied about this only being done with foreign calls. It's mainly domestic and there's no telling how deep it goes.
