I went to some length to clarify this point and yet you seem to have gotten it wrong. You might want to review what I presented. I will try to be brief here with another clarification..

<<<However, there are idea forms and associated value forms that are separate from any circumstantial and limited applications, or the judgements of people being affected by those applications;>>>

”Give me a value form in that is absent of the judgement of people.

An idea may exist in universally identifiable form separate from any circumstance under which we might apply it. We may also associate the value of good or bad to some ideas and that value association may exist in form separate from any circumstance with which we pay apply it.

I offered several examples and detailed explanation. A value form does not exist absent the judgment of people, my contention was the opposite. Value forms with common attributes of good or bad are universally identifiable.

The judgments of people being effected by particular circumstance or application related to a form is not universal. Just as a judgment of what may be called ‘far’ is not universal. One child may say their home is far from school because they have to walk 7 blocks, while another child may say their home is far from the school they are attending in Chicago because their home is in India. A circumstance may be justly labeled good by one person and bad by another without effecting the nature of the idea form.
