Why isn't that surprising!

The phone company, Dell Computers, AOL, all outsource their tech support as well as billing to India. It's the most frustrating thing. I think they're handed a book and told to read only from that book, don't add anything to the conversation, don't take anything away. The thing that kills me is I think all three of these companies have exactly the same dang book!
