Listen, I've already explained to you that an NSL cannot be issued by an FBI agent. They are issued by FBI field supervisors. They have been around since the Carter administration. And they cover transactions, not content. I for one am very pleased that our government is going after those who leak important classified material. Any tool legally available should be used to hunt down these traitors.
