I don't see much of technical analysis here on SI but my 2 cents say TLAB is sitting on 61.8% retracement ($14.14) of the move from 3/7/06 to 4/26/06. Time retracement is between 38.2% (5/15/06)and 50% (5/19/06).

Providing the market overall doesn't break lower I think you have a good entry point.
