Clinton always used the FISA court. Always. So did every president since Carter. Except GW Bush, who thinks he has the right to break any law he wants and pretend it's about "fighting terrorism". BS. I haven't seen a single bit of evidence the illegal spying had anything to do with Al Qaida, just innocent American citizens.
