Re: One thing that hasn't changed though is all the problems INTC still has. Nothing has changed there except it now looks like the K8L will allow AMD to reinvigorate its' top dog status next year. Another thing that hasn't changed is that AMD will be fighting NGA without K8L for almost a year. A little perspective would be helpful. It might help if the board was a little less detail oriented and a little more concerned with the big picture. Too many posters with the vision of Mr. Magoo. The reason that the K8L news is interesting is precisely because it has some details. We already knew K8L existed and was supposed to be fast. If AMD had just made a few vague remarks about higher performance or regaining performance/watt leadership it would not have been very interesting at all.
