Small die size of the Quad Core K8L

I was quite surprised by the small die-size of the Quad Core K8L.
It seems to be only 36% larger on the same process compared to the
Rev.F Dual Core.

The latter has 220 mm2 @90nm which would give 300 mm2 @90nm for
the Quad Core @ 90nm or only 150 mm2 on the actual 65 nm process
presuming the usual factor 2 scaling.

150 mm2 is about the same size (+7%) as Core 2 Duo which has 140 mm2
