That would be a tough problem for a Ouija board.

I'd get to the bottom of it thusly:

I'd tell both ouija boards that "You may choose to confess that you are a liar or remain silent. If you confess and your brother Ouija remains silent I will chose you and make sure your brother Ouija is shredded into dust. Likewise, if your brother Ouija admits he is a liar while you remain silent, I will chose him and shred you.

If you both confess you are a liar I will not choose either, but neither of you will be shredded, just put on the discount shelf.

If you both remain silent, I'll have to switch to Monopoly.

If you wish to confess you are a liar, you must tell the shopkeeper before my return tomorrow morning."

Dollars to donuts, both Ouija Boards confess that they lie.
