Total BS. There was no excuse whatsoever for asking Clinton questions about his personal private sex life in a case about a 10 year old land deal. Just absurd. If Ken Starr hadn't have been a rightwing plant whose job it was to find dirt the question never would have come up. This is so obvious, and it's why the public totally forgave Clinton for his indiscretion, giving him the highest approval ratings in moder times as he left office.
