Well, best way is to call the transfer agent, and see if they will give you all the numbers. Often, the TA is gagged, or will only give you the o/s...which is better than nothing, but not my favorite. Another way to check is on pinksheets.com under reports. If they file, then usually the capital structure will be in there. I have also seen cases where the company will post numbers on their website. Anyway, I like flamingos best where we can get the A/S, O/S, and the restricted at any time from the transfer agent. GB-ND c
