Been there done that link. You obviously don't comprehend the difference between hydrogen producing labs and the equipment Britain sold once to Iraq. Britain did not sell a hydrogen producing lab to Iraq, yet you appear very much so to say it did. You are completely unable to decipher what you read, it seems, as you deceive yourself into believing words which don't back your case do. I truly doubt you are even aware of just how seriously you muddy up the waters (but hey, your unawareness IS one point in your defence).

Among the things we learn in that link is that Iraq had been caught attempting to clean out evidence in the past, when traces were found anyway. Dang, perhaps it isn't and wasn't ever reasonable to suspect Saddam's guys learned from that embarrassing experience of being caught in a laboratory lie.

In any event, the implication of your "Britain Sold Saddam's Military Hydrogen Balloon Labs" is utterly false. Britain is NOT alleged in the article, nor elsewhere, to have sold mobile hydrogen producing labs. Britain is said to have sold the equipment that uses hydrogen balloons to help with weapon accuracy, not mobile equipment that produces hydrogen.
