A very amusing and classic jmhollen reply. LOL!

Lou Sanzaro was a solid guy--got suckered by Byrne and betrayed by Trashie. Byrne was a master at the art of deceit, but Trashie is just a bad liar. Remember Crioengineering? It didn't even exist when Trashie announced the huge deal. (Yeah, I can document that one.) The TCS never worked reliably to produce clean crumb in commercial quantities. It was just a prop, even in the original 1/4 scale model, for the sale of Tirex' real product--shares. Been more than a decade now, since Byrne, a former arms dealer who was part of the IraqGate affair, was brought on board to make something of Muro's knobby rollers. He made a few people richer, but never recycled any tires. Trashie was his protogé--a wannabe who got left holding an empty bag when Byrne took the money and ran while everyone wondered why the price was falling...and falling....

The SEC will shut this down eventually. Read the March 8K--a rewrite of the February 8K about the accounting firm quitting three years ago, and note the "Tandy letter" prose at the end.
