when AMD delivers much more power savings and in 5:1 volume ratios at 65nm?

The ratio is less than 2:1 from the 90nm --> 65nm transition. It doesn't make sense to include the 200mm-->300mm factor because Fab36 is being used to produce many 90nm parts for the rest of this year, and as the overall SC-->DC trend means a .5 factor in volumes over time.
