Bush is wiretapping like crazy in this country without FISA warrants, with notjhing to do with Al Qaida, trying to claim that the war powers vote gave him license to break any law he wants. Which no legal scholar in the country agrees with, including the most important one, Arlen Specter, who says this may result in impeachment. God only knows what the extent of the cheating and nsubterfuge by the Bushies has been now knowing they think they can break any law in the country based on "national security".
