Why doesn't Bush want to catch Osama and Zawahiri? Five years after 9-11, he won't even go after the guys responsible, though he'll break any law in the land with the excuse he's a "war president", even though he cinslg-handedly created the Iraq War and went ahead and lost it due to gross incompetence.
