Legal is when you use the FISA court and obey the law. Illegal is when you intentionally don't, and also lie to congress about it. Bush-Cheney are guilty of the latter. By the way, the Newsmax-Limbaugh story that Clinton also useless warrantless wiretaps it absolutely untrue. Clinton always went to the FISA court for permissions. Limbaugh and Newsmax are intentionally spreading this disinformation around to try and cover for what is a major impeachable crime Bush-Cheney are guilty of. Also Harry Reid yesterday said congress was absolutely not informed, which is another way they broke the law.
