Bush has already spit on the Constitution by ignoring the 4th Amendment which guarantees us the right of privacy. And there is nothing in the Patriot Act or the War Powers vote which gave him permission to do any of this illegal spying without a FISA warrant.

Now it is congress's job to use their Constitutional mandate of oversight to crack down on all this major lawbreaking in the White House, and also to police their own corruption which is rampant in the Delay house.
