Bush's tax cut today goes mainly to his rich supporters.
It is yet another budget-busting deficit-driver for the good of the rich. Meanwhile, the only spending Bush can think of cutting is education, Medicaid and environmental protection.

No cuts in multi-billion dollar giveaways to his oil, mining and nuclear pals.
