Saw that. The article is wrong....this is no promotion:

The spam email hyping Labwire said the promoter 1,200,000 free trading shares from an unnamed third party for its promotion.

Do the math. And read the rest of the spam. I think it was either someone shorting LBWR, or someone trying to get cheapies. That was a bash....not a promo. I hope it's a short. I bought more stock after seeing that.
