I have an neighbor who is a GP who actively sees patients, a man in his low 70's. He has prescribed this drug to patients fairly frequently once it came out. He remarked to me recently that he has had very few calls back for scrip refills, and to him that means that patients are very unsatisfied with this drug or mechanism. Interestingly, he refers to this drug as "rozzi-rem", using the rem to help him remember the name of the compound. Interesting name, indeed. Everything you want in a drug, except for efficacy. My opinion.
