Peter, I didn't mean to imply that you'd be shorting it. There is something strange happening with the recent birth of a couple of bashers dedicated to this one stock. As you indicated, there is nothing damaging after your quick look. With your experience, you have run into companies that are obvious promotions, with little actual substance.

Why this company would attract a couple of bashers dedicated just to it requires some further investigation and analysis.

I suspect that they are the same person. I also suspect that they may be affiliated with a promoter who tried to get the company to do a pump deal or a toxic financing or both. I've recently seen something similar with another company that is also transparent in its actions.
