I never make false allegations. If something is unproven I'll say "reportedly" or "probably", but even then I'll only make the claim if it makes total common sense and is very likely to be true.

For instance, that Bush-Cheney are accomplices in the massive energy gouging which started the day after they were first nominated. They don't leave evidence out for people to see, but it is extremely unlikely that was just a coincidence. Especially since they are both oilmen who put greed before public service and their biggest donors are also in that sector.
