I've seen plenty of smart guys and gals come on CNBC or FOX the last 2-3 months putting a buy on a homebuilder stock. Always comes back to intrinsic value, low PE or slowdown already priced in. Obviously none of these smart suits knows RE or is aware of what happens in down cycles to builders even in a normalized environment. What happened the last 3 years is anything but a normalized cycle<g>
